2^nd International Systemological Congress of Turkologists is an independent project of the International Academy of Systemology. This project is also a continuation of 1st International Systemological Congress of Turkologists.

Theme of 2^nd Congress: "Turkic community in terms of systemology"

Main goal: to support the development of international cooperation in the field of science and education, the integration of researchers and engineers into the world scientific community.
